• Item/s must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
• Item/s are unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging with tags attached
• Items are returned with the original invoice

We will process your return upon receipt of the goods and issue your refund promptly. Please allow up 14 days from the time of receipt for the refund to be processed back to your original method of payment. Orders returned after 30 days of receipt are not eligible for a full refund. Merchandise credit will be given if you do choose to return it, provided all the return policy conditions are met and has not exceeded beyond 90 days of receipt.
Return postage costs will be at your expense. We highly recommend using a traceable delivery method for all returns as we are not liable for any losses or damages to the product during this delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges unless the item is faulty*.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that are worn, used or items that have been washed, damaged or otherwise altered. Removal of tags and labels will qualify the hat as being worn.
If you wish to make an exchange, simply return the original item with the original invoice and packaging to our warehouse. A new order can be placed through helenkaminski.com at any time or you can contact us (1-877-599-8904) to place an order via our Customer Service Team. We will process a refund upon receipt of the original item.
NOTE: All returns and exchanges are reviewed. We do not process returns or exchanges for items that were not purchased at helenkaminski.com.
