This year, we’re celebrating 35 years of the Helen Kaminski brand, paying homage to our founder, iconic styles and everlasting craftsmanship. A four piece limited-edition capsule collection, featuring a mixture of heritage and modern silhouettes crafted from signature raffia wide braid, has been released with ribbons and linings printed from an original artwork painted by our brand’s founder, Mrs Helen Marie Kaminski.

‘The piece reflects details from the wilderness of the lower Hawkesbury where I live. I often paint

from my boat, swinging off its anchor as the tide ebbs and flows’ – Mrs Kaminski says.

Paying tribute to the very first hat created by Helen in 1984, the ‘Classic 5’ is a central piece

within the collection. The iconic style has kept its hallmark shape but is reimagined in new colourways - the result is an iconic style with a sweeping yet abstract romantic twist.

The ‘Lomandra’ reinvents the classic Loma silhouette. With a slightly longer, more dramatic brim and soft wave, this style is a collector’s item, maintaining the perfect balance between effortless style and function.

The Mairy is the very first Helen Kaminski visor to be made in raffia wide braid. With a rustic

look balanced in new romantic colourways, Mairy is a daring, playful yet feminine alternative for

the summer season.

The Helen Kaminski Carillo sac shape, has been transformed in raffia wide braid

for the 35th anniversary collection. With its signature textured finishing, and structured and

relaxed shape, the Camarillo may just be the new sling bag that is a must have for the summer

season.

The 35th anniversary collection is available in Australia at the Helen Kaminski QVB Flagship store, David Jones stores (Elizabeth St ,Sydney and Bourke St, Melbourne) as well as Helen Kaminski Flagship stores in Seoul and Tokyo, and online.
